We need your help . . .
There are a variety of ways you can get involved:
- Volunteer for a "Dig-In" garden-building event.
Join us during our Spring Dig-In on March 1st, 2nd, 8th, 29th, and 30th. You can volunteer for any one or all days. No experience necessary, your Dig-In leader will train you on site. Volunteer and learn the growing method used by Green Corn Project.
- Become a Dig-In Leader- Learn more about growing Biointensive and lead others in building
organic gardens at the homes of those in need, at schools, and at community sites. No experience needed!
- Become a Garden Mentor and help a new gardener make their garden a success. Again,
no experience necessary.
- Attend our Biointensive Gardening Skills Workshop. Beginners
and experienced gardeners alike will learn soil-building and planting techniques to grow more vegetables than ever
before.
Join us March 22, 2008 for our intensive workshop led by expert gardeners Amy Crowell and Max Elliot. For information on time and location please e-mail Executive Director Meagan O'Donnell at greencornproject@usa.net.
- Make a donation! Your tax-deductible
donation will be used to purchase materials and tools to build gardens for people in need. If you
